Awareness for operation of the vessel's own anchoring equipment. The vessel's approved arrangement and maker instructions govern. This does not train or authorize offshore anchor-handling of other installations' anchors. Covers relevant duties on DP-capable vessels, OSV/PSVs, AHT/AHTS, DSVs, MPSV/ROV/survey and standby/rescue vessels. Apply only to the vessel’s equipment, certified operation and your assigned role.
